  • Our therapy sessions typically last 50-60 minutes for individual therapy and we offer extended sessions for couples. Workshops and group sessions vary in length, with many lasting 1-2 hours. Please check the details of each workshop for specific time frames.

  • Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. We adhere to the ethical guidelines set by our professional licensing bodies to protect your privacy. The only exceptions to confidentiality are if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law. If you ever have questions about confidentiality, please feel free to ask.

It’s an opportunity for us to ensure that we’re a good fit for the therapeutic journey ahead.
