Optimal Sexual Experiences: Group Therapy for Couples
Optimal Sexual Experiences is a unique 8-week group therapy course designed to help couples navigate and revitalize their intimate lives. If you're facing challenges like low sexual desire, health-related difficulties, or desire discrepancies, this course offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore and address these concerns. Over 8 weekly sessions, you and your partner will learn tools to improve communication, build intimacy, and rediscover joy in your sexual connection.
This course is inclusive and welcoming to ALL couples, including married or unmarried, monogamous or non-monogamous, LGBTQ2sAI+ couples, those with or without children, and couples from diverse faith backgrounds. It is also open to those dealing with sexual or attachment trauma, mental health struggles, chronic illness, or any other challenges that impact intimacy.

The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program is an 8-week, evidence-based workshop designed to help you cultivate self-compassion, emotional resilience, and mindfulness in your daily life. Through a combination of guided meditation, group discussions, and home practices, MSC provides you with practical tools to develop kindness, warmth, and understanding towards yourself—even in times of difficulty.
In addition to the weekly sessions, this course includes a transformative half-day retreat where you’ll deepen your practice and connect with others in a supportive, nurturing environment.
