Aina Cagigos Martin; Doctoral Student
I am a fourth-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Adler University, and my
training includes psychotherapy and assessment. I chose this field because I value understanding
people and supporting their capacity for resilience. Before moving to Vancouver, I completed my
studies in psychology and counselling in Barcelona. I draw on cognitive-behavioural and
humanistic approaches, as well as other therapeutic modalities, to support clients.
In my clinical work, I aim to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel
understood and empowered. I work from humanistic and client-centred foundations, integrating
cognitive-behavioural and trauma-focused approaches.
I am currently working with Dr. Rami seeing couples struggling with desire descrepancy and individuals struggling with low sexual desire and vulvodynia.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
