Christopher Cappelletti - Student Research Associate

My name is Christopher. I am an undergraduate student at Simon Fraser University working towards my B.A. in psychology. I am passionate about mental health and community-engaged research. I am currently working on a review project examining the outcomes and effectiveness of self-compassion and mindfulness-based therapies for autistic adults, and completing an Honours thesis that looks at music therapy and well-being in seniors with dementia. After graduating, I hope to pursue my passions in graduate school for clinical psychology. I enjoy spending my free time with my Alaskan malamute Zeus, reading, or learning something new to cook.
