Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) Weekly Practice Group

 

A Community of Support

Join us for our weekly Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) sessions, offered both to clients of Resilience Psychotherapy, family and friends, and the broader community. These sessions provide a valuable opportunity to practice mindfulness and compassion skills in a supportive environment while building a sense of community together. Led by various Resilience Psychotherapy facilitators, each session includes guided practices, group discussions, and check-ins. We invite you to be part of this journey towards greater well-being and resilience.

Sessions run every 2 weeks on Tuesday from March to May 2024, 9-9:45 am PST (12-12:45 pm EST), via Zoom. This free offering aims to bolster our community's resilience. Donations are appreciated to support scholarship programs for our MSC 8-week course; e-transfers can be sent to dr.rami.nijjar@gmail.com.
