Program Offerings

Healthcare

Our Healthcare programming provides evidence-based strategies to help health care professionals prevent and manage burnout and caregiving fatigue.

Education

Educators will gain knowledge and evidence-based strategies on key aspects of workplace health, including but not limited to caregiving fatigue, attending to diversity in the classroom, mitigating minority stress, and enhancing creative and compassionate pedagogy.

Corporate

Our corporate packages provide knowledge and strategies to help workplaces with a range of key initiatives, including but not limited to implementing DEI intiatives, increasing workplace cohesion, and facilitating creativity and innovation through evidence-based practices.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Our programs are aimed at providing evidence-based practices to help organizations identify and reduce implicit bias. Individuals and groups will be led given innovative strategies to increase workplace harmony, productivity, and innovation. What sets these workshops apart from other DEI initiatives is that they are experiential (rather than purely informative) and allow workplaces to track their progress over time, through validated research tools and empirical methods.  We allow you to put DEI initiatives into practice to create sustainable change and improved workplace culture for all. 

Our Services

One Hour Workshop

One hour workshops provide foundational knowledge and strategies relating to one aspect of workplace functioning (i.e. stress reduction, group cohesion, creativity/innovation,EI initiatives, etc.). Participants can expect to learn key concepts on mindfulness and self compassion and be given time to practice 2-3 core skills.

Three Hour Workshop

Three hour workshops provide participants with a broad knowledge and strategies to optimize workplace functioning. These workshops allow participants to take a deeper dive into self compassion based practictes and allow time for experiential training with self compassion skill sets. Workshops include didactic material, practice, and discussion.

Eight Week Course

The 8 week course uses evidence-based practices and protocol to help individuals and organizations implement lasting change. Sessions will be held once a week for 2 hours per week, with a four hour retreat scheduled at the half way point to give participants focused time to practice key strategies.
