In continued support of our community, Resilience Psychotherapy offers a half-day silent retreat for those seeking to immerse themselves in self-compassion and enhance their self-care routines. Join us in community to alleviate life's stressors and re-emerge with courage and compassion.

The retreat is a four hour silent retreat that is meant to be accessible to both beginners and seasoned meditators. It will include a range of meditations, including mindful eating, walking, seated practices, and light movement practices. Feel free to come and partake in as many or as few of the practices that feel right for you.

The retreat fee is $250. Sliding scale rates are available. Refer a friend to the 8-week MSC course and attend the retreat for free!
